Hi Everyone

This is an announcement for yet another maintenance release for version 2.1 of
the sequencer. See the release notes for details (http://www-csr.bessy.de/control/SoftDist/sequencer-2-1/ReleaseNotes-2-1.html#release-notes-2-1-18). Many thanks to Michael Davidsaver and Janez Golob for their
help with the bug fixes.

In addition, another release for version 2.2 is going to follow very soon. I
am planning for it to be 2.2.1, the first stable release in this version. As
soon as 2.2.1 is released, the documentation contained in the sequencer home
page will be switched to version 2.2. There will be links to the old version
of the page, but if you have bookmarks to the old home page or parts of it,
and want them to still refer to version 2.1, you should replace

        http://www-csr.bessy.de/control/SoftDist/sequencer/

with

        http://www-csr.bessy.de/control/SoftDist/sequencer-2-1/

You can do this even before 2.2.1 is released (i.e. now), since the first of
the URLs is currently a symbolic link to the latter; after the release it will
be a link to

        http://www-csr.bessy.de/control/SoftDist/sequencer-2-2/

This step was necessary because the documentation had to be adapted in many
places to new or changed functionality in version 2.2.
