And if you only need to connect to a PV on a set of IOCs that are not
difficult to enumerate, then it looks like you can tunnel CA through
SSH even without caxy if you have EPICS Base >= 3.14.12 by setting the
EPICS_CA_NAME_SERVERS environment variable.
