That file does not exist in our streamDevice module, so the issue seems to be with the build of that module.  Apparently there are some optional dependency settings in the release file which change the build which the module owner here was unaware of.

Hi Linda,

Looks like the scaclcout for streamDevice is defined in the top streamDevice dbd area rather than in the calc support.

streamApp.dbd:device(scalcout,CONSTANT,devsCalcoutSoft,"Soft Channel")
streamApp.dbd:device(scalcout,INST_IO,devscalcoutStream,"stream")
streamSynApps.dbd:device(scalcout,INST_IO,devscalcoutStream,"stream")

So it is likely that in your Makefile you will need to include the dbd streamSynApps.dbd
