Hi Ralph, Silver, Heinz, and EPICS users,

 Thank you for your valuable comments. I have more concrete ideas how

to build the system now. Once I have a concrete plan for this system, I

would like to share them in any form in EPICS community later.

  > Keeping the IOC virtual and outside the HV cage is always a good idea.

 I have one more question about Ralph's suggestion. I fully and easily

understand that Keeping the IOC outsied the HV cage. And I wonder, why

it should be virtual? Is there any other specific reason for that?
