Hi Till,

We need ssrlApps/miscUtils - specifically the cpu_usage code in task_uptime.c.  When that library is available, then devIocStats will use the cpu usage interface provided by you instead of the one provided in devIocStats (which originally came from Phil Sorensen but is not maintained very well for new versions of RTEMS).
