Dear All,

Kindly  help.

1. How to prevent sequencer from stop when some PVs get disconnect(without making this a new state) and sequencer should be resumed when PV is available.
2. How to check a particular PV is connected, in sequencer?

3.  How to run multiple ioc(it may be soft or hard, having sequencer program ) on a single linux machine(Fedora 19).
I am getting warning when running multiple IOC machine. similar to ...

cas warning : configure TCP port was unavailable
cas warning : using dynamically assigned TCP port 56892
cas warning : but now two or more severs share the same UDP port
cas warning : Depending on your IP kernel this server may not be
cas warning : reachable with UDP unicast (a host's IP in EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST)

I found some mail trail online but could  not get straight way. I also tried with putting firewall off.

4. How to monitor a passive record even it has same value after update.(as camonitor do not show/reflected same value update in pv ).

I am using
Epics base-3.14.12.3
Sequencer seq-2.1.16
OS: Linux Fedora 19  64bit

I have following settings.
export EPICS_ROOT=/home/ganesh/epics
export EPICS_HOST_ARCH=linux-x86_64
export EPICS_BASE=$EPICS_ROOT/base-3.14.12.3
export EPICS_EXTENSIONS=$EPICS_ROOT/extensions
export EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST="192.168.8.2 192.168.8.3 192.168.8.4 192.168.8.5"
export MOTIF_LIB=/usr/lib64/

export SEQ=$EPICS_ROOT/extensions/seq-2.1.16
export PATH=/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:$file:$EPICS_ROOT/base-3.14.12.3/bin/linux-x86_64:/bin/linux-x86_64
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:$EPICS_BASE/lib/$EPICS_HOST_ARCH:$EPICS_EXTENSIONS/lib/$EPICS_HOST_ARCH

Thanks and Regards

Ganesh
