Dear EPICS Collaborators,

As plans are progressing toward the next EPICS Collaboration meeting 19-23 May at IMP Lanzhou China, I can now announce that the meeting website ( http://epics2014.impcas.ac.cn ) is up and ready to receive registrations. The website also contains travel, accommodation,  and visa-related information. Since invitation letter and visa application period, we would like to urge you to make your registration and reservation as soon as possible.

We plan for the whole of the program to take place on the IMP site. The program for topics will be updated from now. You are encouraged to apply for the slot and submit abstract. Please check the meeting website on a somewhat regular basis.

We look forward to welcoming you to IMP and to sharing a productive time sharing insights and progress toward common challenges.
