Hi Hovanes,

I think adding jar file path to your sys.path should work. Fro example, the scan client is using this way to import scan related jar files to BOY script:

Hi,

we are trying to have a Python/Jython script associated with a widget in CSS BOY to work
with a SQLite database using sqlite-jdbc. When we try to import "org.sqlite" , the "import"
statement fails even if we add  the actual jar-file full name to "sys.path" (which is somewhere in
my home directory). It looks as if the "import"-statement does not care what the "sys.path"
variable is. I could do this using regular Jython 2.5.2, but we are having problem doing this
with CSS. How can we use external jar-files in the Python scripts in CSS, are these things
in CSS Python scripts supposed to work as they do in Jython?

Our current goal is to be able to read data from MySQL and SQLite databases
from our CSS BOY scripts. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
    Hovanes Egiyan.
