The snowy release of EPICS Base version 3.14.12.4 is now available for
download from the website, visit
    http://www.aps.anl.gov/epics/base/R3-14/12.php

Please read the Release Notes for a summary of what has changed.  Most
changes were to fix bugs or build system issues, or to add new target
architectures, although there are a few minor new features hiding here.
This release incorporates all the Known Problems patches from previous
releases.

Thanks to everyone who has provided patches or helped with the release
process and with testing the code for this version.
