Hi Peter,
I have a simple IOC for this device.  It includes a simple device driver which is a C++ class derived from asynPortDriver class.  I have implemented only a few functions, since I am using this instrument as a Voltmeter only.  I have a simple EDM GUI for it.  I use it with Ethernet-GPIB gateway (like Agilent E5810A or ICS 8065).  Let me know if you are interested.
