Andrew,

I successfully compiled the C++ version of EPICS V4.3.0 on OS X 10.6.8.

I ran into one very minor problem: pvIOCCPP and pvaSrv need PVCOMMON to
be defined in their RELEASE.local files but PVCOMMON isn't mentioned as
a dependency in their RELEASE files.
