Observatory Sciences has made EPICS device support software available for free
download from our website for the following devices:
Delta Tau PowerPMAC Motion Controller, see:

Attocube ANC350 Piezo Motion Controller, Attocube ECC100 Motion Controller and
Attocube FPS3010 Interferometric Displacement Sensor, see:
http://www.observatorysciences.co.uk/epics_attocube_downloads.php
The support software for the motion controllers all include EPICS Motor Record support.
Additionally, our asynSSH EPICS module provides a serial based asynDriver for SSH.
Ready to use with StreamDevice, the driver uses the open-source libssh2 library to
handle the secure ssh2 protocol. See
