Have you verified that the meeting room actually has WiFi?  We were informed that the meeting room for the Motion Controls at Large Facilities workshop on Sunday does not have WiFi.

We could try web-casting it using Google Hangouts, which has a feature called Hangouts on Air that can do that and saves the result as a YouTube video. However for the video to be useful we'd probably need someone with a fairly decent video camera attached to their PC and who is willing to act as camera-person for the event. I don't have the necessary hardware or experience myself, but maybe someone else in the community who is more local might have; offers welcome...
