Hi Everyone

This is yet another maintenance release of the stable branch.

One (major) bug in the sequencer runtime was fixed and two minor build
problems. Along the way, the behaviour of pvGet/PutComplete in certain corner
cases has been improved. Improvements to the documentation include a re-write
of the Using chapter and some minor re-structuring. Also, I finally managed to
fix the wording of the front page blurb.
