Hello Matt,

I have StreamDevice support for the MKS 937B gauge controller. I support Cold Cathode, Pirani, Hot Filament and Capacitance Manometer Gauges.

My support is available in our vacuum support module (VacuumCommon) and you can download it via the link below.

You will notice that our EDM screens use a combination of rs-232 and PLC support.
