Hey Ned, Along the same price per channel, but maybe a second unit to compare with is the Omega CYD218E. The one in the pic is a single channel, see the manual at the bottom for the 8 channel (CYD218 series). http://www.omega.com/pptst/CYD211_CYD218E_CYD218S.html Wesley

Hello all -
Has anyone implemented a cost effective solution for monitoring large quantities (~96) of thermal diodes for cryogenic temperature monitoring (down to 2K)? The solution proposed here is either the Lakeshore Model 218 or Model 224, both of which are ~$250/channel
... I was hoping to find something cheaper.
Any proven alternatives?
Thanks -
Ned
PS: I searched tech-talk and only found solutions for RTDs or thermocouples ...
