Are you using RTEMS or some other operating system?
Looks like there's no easy mechanism in the EPICS RTEMS support for changing the speed from the BSP default that is set in c/src/lib/libbsp/m68k/uC5282/console/console.c
It might be possible use gdb to change the executable image -- the console speed value is stored at IntUartInfo+8, but that's certainly not very convenient.
