The US ITER project would like to set up a "basic ordering agreement" with a software engineering services company to develop CODAC/EPICS applications for the project. See www.usiter.org for information on systems being contributed to the ITER project by the U.S. Domestic Agency. This activity will have a multiyear timeline with work ramping up over the next few years. Initial work will involve support for test stands and control system design. Later work will involve developing production software for ITER control systems being supplied by the U.S. Proposals are due by Sept. 15, 2013.
