Hello Julio, The IOC software used to only run only on
vxWorks where restarts were typically initiated by pressing the reset button. Unfortunately, the IOC’s software framework currently lacks a proper orderly shutdown, and these messages occur when the rug is (in this case the sockets
are) ungracefully pulled out from beneath the CA server code on windows while it is still running.
