Subject: specifying network interface with pcaspy caServer

Hi, folks. I have a question about the caServer as provided by the
pcaspy python package. I hope this is an appropriate place to ask.

I'm wondering how to specify the network that the caServer binds to. If
I run the example/dummy.py server script that comes with the source, it
works fine if I have an active outward-facing network interface.
However, if I'm offline I get the following error:

servo:~/src/pcaspy/git 0$ python ./example/dummy.py
filename="../../../../src/cas/io/bsdSocket/casDGIntfIO.cc" line number=121
server isnt attached to a network - unable to continue
filename="../../../../src/cas/io/bsdSocket/caServerIO.cc" line number=131
Attempt to set server's IP address/port failed unable to attach any interface
filename="../../../../src/cas/generic/caServerI.cc" line number=62
server isnt attached to a network - CA server internals init unable to continue
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'int'
Aborted
servo:~/src/pcaspy/git 0$

Presumably it's trying to bind to an interface that doesn't exist or is
not configured. I would like to specify that the server just bind to
the loopback interface. Does anyone know accomplish this?

Any advice would be great appreciated. Thanks!

jamie.
