A few suggestions:

1. Try cainfo your_pv and see what it tells you;

2. Use the command like echo $EPICS_CA_XXX to verify your settings;

3. Disable one of the two NICs using command like "ifconfig down eth0" or
"ifconfig down eth1" and restart your IOC to see if one NIC works for you;
