Hi
I have been cross compiling my IOC to a BeagleBone ARM successfully.
But the ARM's IOC's shell (epics>) commandline does not have any
history/editing facilities. The 'host' however does have this.
Also, my ARM's normal terminals have it, so it looks like it's EPICS on
the ARM that's missing this feature.
Another observation I made is that my binaries differs quite a bit in size.
My (target) linux-arm binary is 1.6MB whereas the (host) linux-x86
binary is 4.8MB. Could this be because all the EPICS libraries are
compiled on the 'host', whereas the 'target' only compiles the required
libraries ?
thanks
Amien
