Hi all,

if I understood right, BEAST user interface permits to report to an

operator only alarms (and only from PVs). Is there also a way to log and

report to the operator attention informational or debug messages, for

example from a non CSS application ?

My application could send the message to the JMS Server, but this

doesn't resolve the problem to automatically report the message to the

operator (the operator can only use Message History window to manually

load the last logged messages when the JMS Monitor window indicates that

a new message is

 arrived).
