It was down this morning, but seems to have recovered at some point in the afternoon (I'm talking UK time).

Hi James,

It work for me from here. If your access is still down there may have been a block put on your IP address (unfortunately our CIS guys seem to have been adding then rather freely recently). In that case email me privately with the IP address that you come in through, which might be the address of an institutional proxy server or firewall and I'll see what I can do to get it lifted, although it could take 24 hours or more to fix.

Hello,
I'm trying to get at the record reference manual at aps.anl.gov<http://aps.anl.gov>, but I get a server timeout error. I tried a number of other things (found through google) on the website with the same result. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Thanks!
James
