For a windows IOC not built for Cygwin, is there a successful strategy for running the IOC in a screen or procServer session or as a windows service?

Hi John,

procServ is built using cygwin, but all you need to do is put the cygwin runtime DLL into the same directory as the procServ binary - that's it.
procServ binary for Windows is available on its SourceForge download page [1].
