FYI there is an issue with using "eclipse --launcher.openFile" on
multi-user systems using the GTK implementation (Linux among others).
Attempting to open a file in an separate, already running, instance will
work for one luck user. Everyone else gets a workspace is already in
use error.
This affects all eclipse based applications including Control System Studio.
