Yes, it is still being used at APS for support of older XIA electronics.
The last I knew there were still some E500 CAMAC motor controllers being used at NSLS under EPICS, and these also use the camac module.
It is not used on Linux, but it is cross-compiled on Linux for vxWorks.

Is anyone using the camac module currently included in the
epics-synapps-dev package? Speak now or it will be dropped from future
builds.
I'm considering a reorganizing of the "synapps" debian package to build
the motor module separately. The only complication is the dependency on
motor by camac. Since I suspect that no-one is using this build of the
camac module, it seems simplest to remove it.
