Hello
this release contains a very small functional change: when initially waiting
for channel connections, the console message gets printed at more user
friendly rates: starting at a 2 seconds timeout, the delay between messages
increases exponentially, stabilising at 1 per hour, until all channels have
connected and received their initial monitor event.
Many build problems with various EPICS base releases and OSes have been fixed.
Most (but not all) of these problems were related to parallel make and/or the
new base 3.15.0. Unfortunately some of these fixes needed extra ifdefs in the
Makefiles so as not to break building against older base releases.
The reference was expanded to better explain the interaction with C code,
including the use of literal C code blocks inside SNL programs, particularly
how to avoid a common pitfall when escaping code that contains preprocessor
directives.
As usual, for details refer to the sequencer's home page:

Cheers
