Noted a "feature" of the EDM Text Control Widget. If motif is selected the Font justification control has no effect. The text will always be at the top left corner of the widget input field. This makes some kinds of widget positioning, especially using code generated screens difficult. We're using edm version 1-11-1zm with Text Control major 4 minor 1 version.
Does anyone know if this has been fixed in later version of EDM or is it a function of using motif? The widget font justification works as expected if motif isn't selected, unfortunately you are then left with a separate dialog box opening for input. I also know that the Textentry Widget allows direct entry without motif, but it does not allow units to be surpressed and lacks many of the other features of Text Control.
Any help would be appreciated, before I try to tear into the widget code myself to see if I can fix the problem.
