Folks,
mca R7-3 is now available.
This release includes:
SIS38XX support
Renamed the InitialChannelAdvance record to CountOnStart, because this is really what it does. If this record is Yes (1) then the module begins counting input pulses as soon as acquisition is started. If this record is No (0) then the module does not begin counting input pulses until it receives the first External Channel Advance pulse. This record only applies in External Channel Advance mode.
Fixed a bug on the SIS3820 which caused the module not to begin counting input pulses when the InitialChannelAdvance record (now called CountOnStart) was Yes. The SIS3820 was doing a software channel advance, but was not being armed to count. This was not the desired behavior. The SIS3801 was behaving correctly, starting to count but not doing a channel advance. With this fix CountOnStart works identically on the SIS3820 and SIS3801.
CanberraSupport
Changed Makefile to allow building on architectures like win32-x86-debug, win32-x86-dynamic, etc. and not just win32-x86. Same changes for windows-x64 and cygwin-x86.
