Subject: support module for Xspress 3

Hi,

I've added an areaDetector based support module for the Xspress 3 system on the Diamond download page. The Xspress 3 is a readout system for energy resolving x-ray detectors, such as the Vortex. The support module provides:

* Spectra readout (dead time corrected or un-corrected)
* Hardware scaler readout
* 16 regions of interest (ROIs) per channel
* HDF5 file saving of spectra, scalers, ROIs (and ROI limits), deadtime correction factors
* Visualization of spectra, scalers and ROIs
* EDM screens
* Example IOC
* Example python client script, using DLS cothread

The software makes use of an API developed by STFC to control the Xspress 3 and readout data. Quantum Detectors will normally provide the system with the API and an Epics IOC, along with a suitable readout PC.

It's possible Diamond could have quite a few Xspress 3 systems, so it's likely there'll be updates to this support module in the future.

The support module dependency can be found in the RELEASE file. The example IOC also requires the boost C++ libraries (1-48 or later), and the spectraPlugins support module (also on the DLS download page).
