Subject: CSS addr_list bug

Bug:
A colleague discovered strange behavior today, where only some of our
IOC's were connecting with a BOY display. In CSS
Preferences->CSS_Core->EPICS, in the addr_list field, I enter the
names of my IOC's. I de-select the auto_addr_list.

If I mistype or put a name there which isn't resolved in our DNS,
every IOC after that in the list will not connect (after restarting
CSS). I get the error below in the CSS Console. If the IOC is simply
down, then all others in the list connect normally, as expected.
