Hmm, I'm guessing that the gateway hasn't been built for Windows in a while 
(if ever) so you could be in for some work getting it going.

If you still want to do that you can replace strcasecmp() in gateway.cc with 
epicsStrCaseCmp() but you might need to #include <epicsString.h> for the 
prototype.
