SRQ handling is the other way around -- the IOC is the RPC server so I'm not sure that the rpcinfo results indicate a lack of SRQ support.
In any case, things should work fine (other than the annoying diagnostic messages on IOC startup) whether or not SRQs are support and/or properly configured.
Did you try adding the startup script commands and protocol terminator specifiers that I mentioned in my previous message?
