Hello there,

Has anyone used s7nodave (http://oss.aquenos.com/epics/s7nodave/) to talk to the Siemens S7 300/400 PLC over Ethernet?
Does it work with both CP and built-in Ethernet port?
Looks like cool stuff.

From what I can see in the manual it's a little bit more convenient than the s7plc module from SLS. Because one can directly read/write from/to the PLC data blocks.

But what are your thoughts?
