Hi Lifang,

Apart from Paul's suggestion, please make sure the followings:

1. 8516 module is built properly
2. in ioc configure/RELEASE file, check the path to the 8516 module
3. in ioc src/Makefile, check ioc _LIBS has an entry of 8516 lib
4. in ioc src/Makefile, check that the ioc _DBD has included the 8516 dbd file

It looks like you are using my Hytec 8515/8516 driver. Make sure that
you are including DLS8515.dbd, which defines the Configure functions:

function("DLS8515Configure")
function("DLS8516Configure")
