Hi, Actually, our version also suffers from this problem. It’s caused by the device sending out regular 1Hz status messages. It can ignore a command if you happen
to send it when it’s sending out its status message. I contacted Oxford Cryosystems about it, and they confirmed that this is the case. They recommend only sending a command immediately after a status message has come in. Or, double checking a command worked
