Dear everyone:
When I use HA for IOC redundancy , there is always a problem. The CA client
（EDM）can not rebuild their connection with the server, even though the
backup IOC is takeover successfully. The EDM need restart to rebuild
connection. This only happened when the main node crashed, or we cut the
connection of the main node from the network. But if we shutdown the main
node normally the EDM connection may rebuild. The backup IOC takeover
successfully in all these conditions with heartbeat.
The problem is because the CA client may not research the server if the IOC
server change IP addr since 3.14.5. The main node and the backup node has
different IP even though they share the same IP alias. The EMD connected to
their real IP but the IP alias. 
So I think we can notice the client to rebuild their connection just as we
shutdown the system or the network interface normally. Anyone can help me?
