I have not tested asyn with EPICS R3.15.0.1 yet.  As stated in the asyn R4-20 documentation, the supported EPICS version is 3.14.12.2.

 

We will certainly be making asyn compatible with EPICS R3.15 in the future, but it’s not top priority at the moment.

Compiling either asyn-4.19 or 4-20 with EPICS R3.15.0.1 on Scientific Linux 6.1 gets the following error:

The linux version is: Linux version 2.6.32-131.0.15.el6.i686 ([email protected]) (gcc version 4.4.5 20110214 (Red Hat 4.4.5-6) (GCC) ).

 

Is there a fix for this please?
