You did not ;-) Never mind, the problem lies not with your program.

The EPICS base include directory contains epicsTypes.h and some more header
files that are included by the generated C code. So these directories should be
added to the include path for the compiler command line. I recommend to start
with makeBaseApp.pl as indicated in the documentation (http://www-
csr.bessy.de/control/SoftDist/sequencer/Installation.html#use). You can then
inspect the compiler command line to see which include paths are needed.
