Not without breaking the CA protocol.

You can try to change the MAX_ENUM_STATES macro in db_access.h and then

re-compile all EPICS software. But you have to rebuild not only EPICS

base but as well all clients. Client built without the change may not

work with modified IOCs. Tell me if this works :-)
