There will have to be a completely new set of Record Reference Manual wiki 
pages for the 3.15 release.  We don't want 3.14 users getting confused by 
3.15-only functionality.

MASK is currently marked as special(SPC_NOMOD) which means it can't be changed 
at run-time.  I don't like fields that can be set in a database file but not 
changed afterwards, so I think this needs a little more thought before opening 
MASK up to the world.
