Yes, our embedded linuxRT target was complaining at the IOC console.

Messages were like so,

After building caRepeater for my embedded target, all is well now.
The default EPICS BASE build does not do this.
I had to change the Makefile in  "<BASE>/src/ca"

Embedded target is happy now. :)
