How does that relate to

"Dynamic array sizing [...] permits a CA client to fetch only the
currently valid elements of an array by specifying a COUNT of zero [...].
[...]
The number of elements can vary with subsequent array update events [...]."
Do the underlying JCA/CAJ libraries not support this yet, or is CSS/BOY
not using the feature?
