I'm confused.
I'm not able to find the error message "Problem!" in saveData's source code or database.
>From what I see, there are only four possibilities for the xxx:saveData_status PV:
"Inactive", "Active", "Mount err", and "I/O err".  Can you give the name of the PV that says
"Problem!"?  Is it xxx:saveData_status or xxx:saveData_message?

I have built the synApps_4_6 on my PC successfully, but when start the MEDM file "scan.adl" , the 'SAVE DATA ’ still in 'Problem!' state. 

Would you give me some help?
