I can confirm your findings, COTS cPCI or cPCIe hardware is very
limited. The more popular bus standards are VME, PXI(e), PC-104.
I've heard some rumblings about microTCA but haven't seen any
products.
Not sure what type of hardware you're after. We've used cPCI
transient digitizers by D-Tacq, (not in EPICS but it has limited EPICS
support). You might look for cPCI carrier boards, then you can use PMC
or IndustryPack I/O boards.
