Hi Everyone

I just uploaded the new release 2.1.6 of the sequencer. It contains fixes 
for all known problems and also one minor additional feature which I pulled 
from the 2.2 branch in order to allow a clean fix for one of the problems. 
For a detailed list of all user relevant changes see the release notes.
