Dear all

As usual, we produced a new version, 3.0, of the ITER distribution in February.
A bit later (sorry).... I am pleased to announce that the public tar file is also available for this new version.
This public version has been improved with more complete instructions for installing the software.
The 3.0 version is based on RHEL 6.1. It includes Linux driver and EPICS device support for the PXI-6682 and PXI-6259 N.I. boards (also compliant with MRG-R).
As usual, the updated user documentation is included in the distribution.

>From the public web page: http://www.iter.org/org/team/chd/cid/codac/coresystem
You can download:
    - CODAC Core System Overview Document (v3.0 Feb 2012)
    - CODAC Core System v3.0 (Feb 2012) public version (.tar.gz)
    - CODAC Core System Presentation (v2.0 March 2012)
    - CODAC Core System Version 3 Release Notes (v1.1 Feb 2012)

Hope it can be useful beyond ITER...

Franck
