Yes, for some of the workshops the seating is limited as they are held in smaller conference rooms.

Also, some of the workshops are meant to be a working meeting for existing collaborations such as the V4 effort.

Both the CSS and EPICS training are held in a very large conference room; lot of space available.

Indeed, contact the chairman.
