I had something going at one time for the Lakeshore Model 218 using StreamDevice
over Ethernet if you think that might be a good starting point I can find it
and send to you what I have. I should have the protocol file and the database
I'm sure.

This is not listed in the EPICS Hardware Modules Web page, but it should be.

Unfortunately the manual says there is no serial interface, just USB,
IEEE-488, and Ethernet.  We're interested in using Ethernet.
